What's the minimum order?
Low. Small orders for a team or a department are welcome. Tell us the quantity and we'll confirm for the item you choose.
How is pricing worked out?
By item, quantity, engraving or print, and packaging. Send the item codes from the catalog and we'll quote within one working day.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) print and engrave best. If you only have a JPG or a sketch, our designers will redraw it at no charge.
How far ahead should we order?
Tell us your event date first. Lead time depends on the item, the quantity and whether a proof or bespoke mould is needed. We'll confirm a delivery date before you commit.
Can companies pay by invoice?
Yes. We accept purchase orders and issue invoices, with credit terms for corporate accounts.
Can we speak in Chinese?
